This gave customers a great opportunity to troubleshoot their current technical challenges with the people who know Cisco best! Cisco Technical Assistance Center engineers and other technology experts had informal whiteboard discussions with a Meet the Services Expert, a new addition to the Technical Solutions Clinic for 2008. Experts from Cisco Advanced Services organization consulted on network implementations support, best practices on applications and solutions integration, and more.
